Become a Family Card guest and offer discounts!
How does it work?
The card guest, who has submitted a request and thus concluded an electronic cooperation agreement with the Department of Supervision of Social Services regarding one-time discounts, is included in the list of participants in the card program.
After choosing the level of discounts for the card guest, the public or private legal entity must fill in the request form on the card website and submit it as an application to the Department of Supervision of Social Services.
How to participate?
1. Fill in the request form
Fill in and submit an electronic inquiry form with the necessary information about the company, discount (s) and / or legate (s).
2. Ongoing queries are evaluated
The completed and submitted electronic request form is evaluated by the administrator (SPPD).
3. The request is approved
After approving the request form, the applicant receives a message to the specified e-mail address that he / she has become a Card Guest and is granted Card Card status, and the discount (s) and / or discount (s) provided by him / her are posted in the Hot Deals section of the website.
