Become a Family Card friend and give Privileges!
Become a Friend of the Family Card by providing on-going regional Privileges to Family Card holders. Privileges are provided by filling in the application form and signing a written cooperation agreement. The applicant is granted the status of a card friend, and the provided Privileges are placed in the “Find Privileges” section.
How does it work?
A Family Card friend who has entered into a written cooperation agreement with the Department of Supervision of Social Services is granted the right to use the card mark while providing the Privileges, card mark stickers issued by the Department Of Supervision Of Social Services and including in the list of card participants.
After choosing the card friend’s Privileges level, a public or private legal entity must submit an application to the Department of Supervision of Social Services by filling in the application form on the card’s website.
How to participate?
1. Fill in the request form
An electronic request form shall be completed and submitted, indicating the necessary information about the company, Privileges and their expiry dates.
2. Assessment of the request form
The completed and submitted electronic application form is evaluated by the administrator (SPPD).
3. Confirmation of the request
Once the application is approved, the applicant is contacted by the administrator (SPPD). The terms of the cooperation agreement are harmonized (the term for providing Privileges is harmonized).
4. Signing the contract
A written cooperation agreement is signed with the applicant and he is granted the status of a Card Friend, and the Privileges provided by him are placed in the "Find Privileges" section of the website.
An application form
IMPORTANT: After signing a contract with the Department of Social Services, the cardholder is issued a family card token, which is used at the point of Privileges during the Privileges period. Upon expiration and non-renewal of the card partner’s Privileges period, the card partner loses the right to use the card brand.
